As most of you know, we got a campus board. It is a great tool for training powerful moves and is used by many climbers worldwide.

You might be wondering what kind of exercises you can do at the campus board or might be eager to broaden your understanding of campus board training.

We have invited Kathrine Elsig to share her knowledge on campus board training with a practical workshop with a lot of exercises that make you ready for campus board training. All levels are welcome as she will share different versions of the exercises, but it is recommended if you have minimum 1 year of climbing experience.

Kathrine Elsig is an experienced competition climber, coach and educator at the Danish Climbing Federation.
